By using Waitless you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Waitless is a notification tool that lets you join a restaurant's wait list from your phone instead of standing in line. We pass your name and party size to the restaurant, and we tell you when they say a table is ready. We are not the restaurant — we don't seat you, cook for you, or take your order.
Restaurants set their own pace. A wait estimate is a best guess from queue length and historical service speed; it isn't a promise. Restaurants may also close their queue at any time, in which case you'll see a "Queue closed" notice and we'll cancel any active spots you held there.
When a restaurant calls your table, you have 5 minutes to walk in. You can use one late pass per visit to extend it by another 5 minutes. After that, the restaurant is free to give the table to the next party.
If you miss two table calls (no-show) we pause your account for 30 minutes. The cool-off auto-clears; you don't have to do anything. Three reasons we do this:
One account per person. Don't share your login. We use email-based one-time codes — no password to remember, no password to leak. You can close your account anytime from the Profile screen.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
If you run a restaurant on Waitless, separate operator terms apply (subscription, billing, your obligation to actually serve customers in queue order). Those are in your operator dashboard.
Waitless is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed under Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to RM100. We're a small team running a queue tool; we can't insure you against missing dinner.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes go to the courts of Kuala Lumpur. Before any lawsuit, please email support@waitless.now and we'll try to sort it out — most issues are misunderstandings.
If we change these terms, we'll show a one-time in-app notice. Continuing to use Waitless after that means you accept the new terms.
Dengan menggunakan Waitless anda bersetuju dengan terma ini. Jika anda tidak bersetuju, sila jangan guna perkhidmatan.
Waitless ialah alat notifikasi untuk masuk senarai menunggu restoran dari telefon, daripada berdiri beratur. Kami sampaikan nama dan saiz kumpulan anda kepada restoran, dan beritahu anda bila mereka kata meja siap. Kami bukan restoran — kami tidak menempatkan anda, memasak, atau ambil pesanan.
Restoran tentukan kelajuan mereka sendiri. Anggaran masa menunggu adalah tekaan terbaik berdasarkan panjang giliran dan kelajuan perkhidmatan; bukan janji. Restoran boleh tutup giliran pada bila-bila masa.
Bila restoran panggil meja anda, anda ada 5 minit untuk masuk. Anda boleh guna satu pas lewat setiap lawatan untuk lanjutkan 5 minit lagi. Selepas itu, restoran boleh berikan meja kepada kumpulan seterusnya.
Jika anda terlepas dua panggilan meja (tidak hadir), akaun anda dijeda selama 30 minit. Tempoh ini dibersihkan secara automatik. Tiga sebab:
Satu akaun setiap orang. Jangan kongsi log masuk. Kami guna kod satu-kali melalui e-mel — tiada kata laluan untuk diingat atau dibocorkan. Anda boleh tutup akaun bila-bila masa dari skrin Profil.
Kami berhak untuk gantung akaun yang salah guna perkhidmatan.
Jika anda menjalankan restoran di Waitless, terma operator berasingan terpakai (langganan, bil, kewajipan anda menyajikan pelanggan mengikut giliran). Terma itu ada di papan pemuka operator anda.
Waitless disediakan "sebagaimana adanya". Setakat yang dibenarkan di bawah undang-undang Malaysia, jumlah liabiliti kami adalah terhad kepada RM100. Kami pasukan kecil yang menjalankan alat giliran; kami tidak boleh menginsuranskan anda daripada tidak makan malam.
Terma ini ditadbir di bawah undang-undang Malaysia. Pertikaian dirujuk kepada mahkamah Kuala Lumpur. Sebelum mana-mana saman, sila e-mel support@waitless.now dahulu — kebanyakan isu adalah salah faham.
Jika kami ubah terma ini, kami akan papar notis sekali sahaja dalam aplikasi. Jika anda terus guna Waitless, ia bermaksud anda terima terma baru.
